Web File Management

SecureFileReady is a robust solution for securely storing, managing and sharing files in various, namely documents, images, audio, video, publishing layouts, presentations, PDF and all system files.

Once access is granted to our dedicated web servers, individual user accounts and folders can be setup in seconds, with total security, enabling authorized users quick and easy access to relevant folders and respective files. Access can be gained 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world via an Internet Browser.

Acting as a Digital repository, our Web Based File Manager will allow you to easily organize and categorize all of your company documents by project or workgroup into centrally located folders or sub folders. All uploaded documents can then be quickly located through the familiar folder structures or via the built in search facility - all in real time.

This will allow accessing the most up-to-date information available, from anywhere in the world.

When accessing Secure File Ready in Admin mode one is able to access all user account folders and files, with full array of user rights (upload, download, preview, delete, move copy etc...) as well as access the Users and Groups to add remove or edit user accounts and setup Groups and Shared folders.

In User mode, users are only able to access the main directory folder that has been allocated to them. Users are never able to go up a level and access files and folders in other user accounts, only down a level into other sub folders as long as they have been granted access to the files.

Furthermore, although a user can access the same folder used in some cases by more than one user, each user can have individual user rights to that folder e.g. allow download and preview but disallow upload and delete.

Any function not enabled for a particular user will see the corresponding function icon removed from the users context menu.
